Monthly Payment Terms & Conditions
1. Agreement to Terms
By enrolling in our tennis group coaching programme and selecting the monthly payment option, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
2. Minimum Commitment
2.1 Clients choosing to pay by monthly instalments agree to a minimum 12-month commitment from the date of enrolment.
2.2 The 12-month term applies regardless of attendance levels.
3. Payment Terms
3.1 Monthly payments are collected automatically via the details you use to setup payments on our website.
3.2 Payments are due on the agreed date each month.
3.3 Monthly fees are calculated to spread the annual coaching cost evenly across 12 months and include holiday periods unless otherwise stated.
3.4 Missed or late payments may result in suspension from sessions until payment is received.
4. Term Structure
4.1 Group coaching dates are displayed on the ‘book a session’ page of our website
4.2 Sessions do not normally operate on Bank Holidays or during specified breaks.
4.3 The monthly fee reflects the annual programme cost and is based on 36 sessions throughout the 12 months of the year.
4.4 No refunds or credits are given for missed sessions due to illness, holidays, or other personal reasons.
4.5 Make-up sessions may be offered at the discretion of the coaching team but are not guaranteed.
6. Weather & Cancellations
6.1 In the event of extreme weather or unsafe court conditions, sessions may be cancelled.
6.2 Where possible, alternative sessions or indoor options will be provided.
6.3 Refunds will not be issued for weather-related cancellations unless sessions cannot be reasonably rescheduled over time.
7. Changes to Schedule or Fees
7.1 We reserve the right to amend session times/coaches where necessary.
7.2 Fees may be reviewed annually. Clients will be given a minimum of 30 days’ notice of any price adjustments.
8. Cancellation Policy
8.1 After the initial 12-month commitment period, clients may cancel by providing one full calendar month’s written notice.
8.2 Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.
8.3 If a client wishes to cancel within the 12-month minimum term, the remaining balance of the contract becomes payable in full.
8.4 We reserve the right to terminate membership for serious misconduct or breach of these Terms & Conditions.
